Lot Wizard keeps track of all important information like your financial lenders, state & local taxes, fees, warranty plans, and insurance rates, so when it comes time to calculate a deal and print paperwork, the majority of the work will already be done for you. Managing your vehicle inventory will be easier than ever because Lot Wizard users don't have to deal with double entry ever again. With Lot Wizard, you only have to enter your inventory once. Our system can upload your inventory to third party advertisers like Autotrader®, and dealer website integration is available with the websites we offer as well as third party website hosts.

• Forms Printing - A simple interface connects you directly to our online form library giving you access to thousands of forms including bank contracts, state and warranty forms, buyers guides and more. Choose the forms that apply to your state and within seconds the downloaded forms will be ready to print.
• Inventory Control - Enter your vehicles once into our VIN decoding Lot Wizard, and we'll send your data to online advertisers for you. Our optional dealer websites are updated from Lot Wizard's inventory with a click of the mouse.
• Reports and Automation - Pre-formatted reports analyze your profits, and our powerful custom report designer allows you to create and save your own reports on sales and inventory. Lot Wizard prints mailing labels, writes custom letters, and prints dealer window stickers on adhesive (or plain) paper in multiple styles and colors.
• Buy Here Pay Here - This module manages and tracks customer accounts by scheduling payments, printing receipts and coupons, applying late fees, and generating reports.
• Metro 2 Credit Reporting - This optional module allows you to create Metro 2 files for Credit Bureau reporting directly from your BHPH accounts.
