Warranty Button

The Warranty button allows you to view and select from a table containing information about the warranty plans your dealership carries and can offer to your customers. The information for the warranty you select will then fill into the deal screens for you. The data shown on this screen comes from the information you previously entered into the Warranty Maintenance window.

Click the Warranty button to display the Warranty Disclosure window.

Click on a row in the table to highlight and select a warranty plan for the deal you are currently processing. The table will display the warranty company, the name of the plan, the selling price to be charged to the buyer of the vehicle, the payment& the buyer will end up with once the warranty has been added to the deal, a brief description of the plan, the number of months covered under the plan, and the number of miles covered under the plan.

To exit this window without making any changes to your current deal, click the Exit button.

To accept a warranty you have selected and add it to the deal you are currently processing, click the Accept button. The software will automatically add the warranty information into the current deal and update the payment information.
