Viewing Deal Information

As you process deals and sell vehicles thorugh the software, the program will mark each vehicle as being sold. When a vehicle has been sold, the Sold To: section of the vehicle detail screens will display sold information.

Note: For data security, you should always let the software handle marking a vehicle as being sold. However, you may manually mark a vehicle as being sold by simply entering a date into the Sold Date box.

Once a vehicle has a sold date entered, the softare considers that vehicle to be sold and removed from your inventory of available vehicles. Therefore, the vehicle will no longer show in active inventory but will display under your sold inventory

The software will also display the name of the primary buyer in the deal as well as the odometer's reading at the time of the sale. The deal's unique number will also display in the Deal # box. The label heading for this box is actually a button, and clicking this button will load the deal and display the deal under the screens in the Process Deal tab.
