When in the Vehicle Detail window, the options entered will appear in alphabetical order inside the white box labeled Options at the bottom of the screen. This option list will change with each value in the Vehicle Type box, i.e. trucks will have a different option list than cars, vans will have different options than trucks, etc.
Click on the check box beside each option to indicate whether or not that option is available on the vehicle. If you do not see a desired option listed in the software, you can follow the steps below to add that option to the listing.

The list of available vehicle options can be customized to suit your needs. You may add and delete checkboxes of options for each available vehicle type. For example, you can change the list of options displayed for a truck and the options displayed for a car but leave the options displayed for a boat.
To modify the list, click on the Maintenance menu at the top of the screen and select Vehicle Options List from the pull-down menu. The software will then display the Option Maintenance window.

Using the dropdown box at the top of the screen, select the vehicle type whose option list you wish to modify. That vehicle type's list of options will appear in the listing. Make the appropriate changes and click the Save/Exit button to save your changes and close the window.
Note:The options list for each vehicle will be always be sorted in alphabetical order when you close this window and save your changes. Subsequently, whenever you view the options list on the inventory screens, the options will also be listed there in alphabetical order.
To modify an existing option. click on the desired option and re-type its description.
To add an option to the listing, click the Add Option button at the bottom of the window. A new line will be added to the bottom of the listing. Click and type the new option description into the listing.
To delete an existing option, click the desired option and then click the Delete Option button at the bottom of the window. The opion listing will be removed form the list.
