The Utilities Program

The Utilities program is a separate piece of software which includes some helpful features. You can access the utilities through the Windows^TM start menu.

Note: When you use these utilities, no users should have the main program running! If others are using the main program, many of the actions performed with these utilities may fail. If you are unable to successfully use any of these utilities, you may want to double-check to ensure no one is using the main program.

With this program you can:

• Upload diagnostic data to Friday Systems, Inc.
• Download program updates and data from Friday Systems, Inc.
• Compact/Repair the program database
• Create a database backup file
• Retrieve and install a previously-made database backup file
