Using The System

The software's Document Processing module is comprised of five primary sections. Each section can be viewed by clicking on the tabs on the right-hand side of the window. The sections and their appropriate tabs are:

Process Deal: This window allows you to enter customer information, process a deal, and print documents.

Review Deal History: This window lists all previous deals in a grid format. From here you can also print customized sales recap reports and view which deals are incomplete. Incomplete deals will be highlighted with a yellow background.

Dealer Financing: This window allows you to manage ongoing in-house financed accounts, also known as Buy-Here/Pay-Here accounts. This tab is only displayed if you have purchased the Buy-Here/Pay-Here option from Friday Systems, Inc.

Inventory Detail: This window allows you to review a specific vehicle in your inventory. You can access make, model, VIN, options, and a photograph of the vehicle you are viewing.

Inventory List: This window allows you to view your \ entire inventory in a grid format. You can also narrow your view of the inventory by entering specific criteria to filter the list and view only those vehicles which match your search criteria.
