Payment and Call Log
History
The software can keep a record of
phone calls you enter for each existing Buy-Here/Pay-Here account.
To enter and view the phone log, you must first display the call log history
listing. Once the listing is displayed, you may add and delete
phone calls by using the +Add Call and -Delete Call
buttons.

Adding A Call Entry
To add an entry to the call log, click the +Add Call
button. A new line will be added to the call log history
listing.
Simply click in and fill out each section of the new entry line.
The software will fill in the date for you with today's date, but
you may override this if you wish. Then enter the name of the staff
person making or receiving the call. When you click in the box, a
drop-down arrow will appear. You may use the drop-down box to
select a name from a list. This list comes from the names of the
salespersons entered into the Staff Maintenance window.
Finally, enter the description/notes for the call. The call will be
automatically saved to the database.
Deleting A Call Entry
If you need to delete a call log entry, simply click on that
entry's line in the call listing and click the -Delete Call
button. The call will be permanently deleted from the database.
