The Vehicle tab contains information about the vehicle being sold, either currently in a new deal or previously in a deal you loaded from the software's memory.
If you load a previous deal or enter a stock number under the Financial tab when you first begin to process a deal, most of the vehicle's information will already be entered from the software's memory. You simply need to complete entering any addition information to process your paper work such as the vehicle’s odometer reading at the time of sale. If you enter a vehicle which is not currently in your stock and then complete the deal, the software will automatically create a new inventory record for this vehicle and then mark it as being sold without your having to do any extra work.
When you have completed the Vehicle section, click the Finished button with the red check mark.

If the vehicle being sold is a demo model, you can show this by clicking the check box marked Demo.
When entering odometer information in the Odometer box, you can show that the odometer is in excess of its mechanical limits by clicking the checkbox marked Excess of Mechanical Limits. If there is a discrepancy between the actual mileage of the vehicle and the display on the odometer, click the check box marked Odometer Discrepancey. For example, you would check this box if the odometer was broken and needed to be replaced on the vehicle.
You can show if the registration or plate number for this vehicle has been transferred from another vehicle. Simply click the check box marked Transfer to mark the vehicle as having a transferred plate or registration.
If you would like to see a more detailed description of the vehicle, click the button marked Vehicle Details. This will take you out of the Deal Processing tab on the right-hand side of the screen and open the Inventory Detail tab. The vehicle being sold will appear in this screen with its information displayed. To return to the Deal Processing tab, simply click on the Deal Processing tab on the right-hand side of the screen.
