Step 1a: Enter Stock Number

To begin processing a new deal, enter the stock number of the vehicle to be sold. If you do not know the stock number, you can click on the button next to the stock number field, the [...] button, to bring up a listing of your inventory.

The software will display an inventory list from which you can select a vehicle for your new deal. Click to highlight and select the vehicle you wish to sell and click the Load Vehicle button. The vehicle's information will be automatically loaded from the software's memory.
