Standard Filter
Filter options allow you to view
only those deals you want to see by entering selection criteria. If
the deal list is large, you may only want to view a limited
portion. For example, you may only be interested in viewing or
printing deals made between two dates and for a specific bank. The
list filter lets you set these criteria and display only these
sales. You may enter criteria into some or all of the entry
boxes.

When entering dates, you have the option of using the calendar
funtion. Simply click the Calendar button to display the
calendar. With the calendar displayed, you may move through
different months and click on a specific date. Clicking on a date
will automatically enter that date into the date field. When
entering dates manually, enter them in the format of
mm/dd/yyyy. Should you enter only one date, the other date
will assumed to be open ended.
You may also add or subtract days to a date that has already
been entered by pressing the + or - keys when the
date field is highlighted and the calendar is not displayed.
When you have entered all of your desired filter criteria, click
the Apply Filter button. The listings on the screen will be
narrowed down to show only the items which match your filter
criteria. A Filter On box will
also be displayed. To turn off your filter, click the Clear
Filter button.
Note: when the Filter
On box is displayed, your inventory is being filtered by
the criteria that you have entered. This box acts as a visual
marker to let you know a filter is currently being applied. If you
notice that your screen does not display all of the data you
expect, you may want to check and see if this box is being
displayed.
