Sorting and Adjusting Columns

You may change the width, order, and position of the fields displayed on the Deal History grid.

Changing a Column's Width

To change the width of a field, click and drag the edge of a column heading to resize that column.

Sorting a Column's Data

To change the order of data within a field, click directly on a column heading. The field will now be sorted in ascending order (from A to Z and from 1 to 10) according to its data. Click directly in the column heading again to sort the list in reverse order.

Note: Because a stock number may contain letters as well as numbers, stock numbers are treated as text and are sorted as such. This means that all numbers beginning with a "1" will come before all numbers beginning with "2". For example, if you have stock numbers 10, 20, 100, and 200, they will be sorted in alphabetical order to read 10, 100, 20, 200.

Changing a Column's Position in the Display Grid

To change the position of a field, click and drag a column heading to a new position within the Deal History grid.
