Sending Data To Friday Systems, Inc.

This feature of the utilities program essentially creates a backup file of your database (without pictures) and uploads the file to Friday Systems, Inc.'s servers. This is mainly used for diagnostic and trouble-shooting purposes and is usually done under the instruction of a Friday Systems, Inc. representative.

To upload you data to Friday Systems, Inc., click the Send Data to Friday Systems button.

The software will then display the Dealership Data Upload window.

Click the Upload button to upload the data. When the upload has completed, the Dealership Data Upload winow will close automatically.

Note: If you are having firewall issues which keep the software from transmitting on the standard FTP ports, you may be able to work around the problem by sending the data through the HTTP port. To send data through the HTTP port, check the HTTP Transfer box.
