Sales Graph

The Sales Graph report displays a graphical representation of sales within a period of time you specify. You can view your graph in 2-dimesional lines or 3-dimensional bars.

To display the Sales Graph report, click on the Reports menu at the top of the screen and select Sales Graph from the pull-down menu. The software will display the Sales Graph options window where you can select a time period covering the deals you wish to include in the graph as well as other inclusion criteria.

Click the OK button to run the report. Your sales graph will appear based on your selected options.

You can adjust the graph display by selecting your desired display option using the pull-down menu at the top center of the graphing screen.

Note: If you are viewing your graph as a line, especially a 2D Line, you must have at least 2 sales within your specified time period in order to see results. Since a line consists of at least 2 points, you must have at least 2 sales to create the 2 endpoints of the line.
