Processing a New Deal

It is important that you complete the initial steps in order when beginning a new deal. This is especially important when entering the finance information in step 1 of the process. Completing the steps out of order may cause unpredictable results or loss of some important information such as vehicle pricing or costs. As a general rule, you should move through the screens and boxes in the order they are numbered or in the order they appear on the screen. Following this rule will make your data entry quick and easy.

Step 1: Start a new deal

Step 2: Enter the buyer's information

Step 3: Enter the vehicle information

Step 4: Enter the trade information

Step 5: Enter the lienholder information

Step 6: Print the necessary documents

Step 7: Wrap up the deal

You may also edit an existing deal by following the same screens. However, instead of beginning a new deal, you will load an existing deal from the database. This is described in the same section as Step 1 above.
