Step 6: Document Printing

After you click on the OK button on the Additional Questions window (if any), the Document Print window will appear.

This window will instruct you on where you need to align your form in the printer. Typically it will tell you to align the printer head on a specific spot on the document. You may also set the alingment prompt to instruct you to align the form from its top edge. You set this in the Form Alignment Settings window. In the example above, it is instructing you to align the printer head at the wording 'Dated _____________' on the BanConsumer Simple Interest Contract form.

Printing the Document

The printer will start printing immediately from its current position after you click on the Print button.

Cancelling the Form Printing

To cancel the printing, click the Cancel button.

Setting the Form Alignment

To make adjustments to the alignment of a form, click the Alignment button to display the Form Alignment Settings window.
