Printing Payment Coupons

You can print payment coupons for each of your customers listed in the Buy-Here/Pay-Here module. Simply highlight the account for which you wish to print the payment coupons and click the Pmt Coupons button. The software will prepare to print three coupons per 8 1/2" x 11" sheet of paper.

You may also print coupons for a selected customer by clicking on the Dealer Financing menu at the top of the screen and selecting the Print Coupon Book option in the pull-down menu.

When you click the Pmt Coupons button, the software will ask you if you would like to collate the coupons for easy stacking. You may select Yes to coallate or No to print the coupons in sequential order.

If you prefer, you may also print your coupons onto a perforated paper whose separations line up with the coupon's edges. TOPS^TM makes this perforated paper (every 3 2/3") which lines up with our coupon printing. The perforated paper is available through many retail outlet stores as well as many on-line office supply sites and has a product number of TOP05030. Of course, you always have the choice of using blank paper and cutting the coupons yourself using a paper cutter.
