Posting Deal Information To
QuickBooksTM
Once you have properly set up your mapping of the
software's internal accounts to QuickBooks accounts, you may
begin to post deal information to the QuickBooks general
ledger.
To post deals to QuickBooks, click the Accounting menu and select the
Accounting Interface option from the pull-down menu. The
software will display the Accounting Link window.

Click the Post Deals to QuickBooks button to bring up the
Sales Postings to Quickbooks window.

The window diplays a list of all deals ready to be posted to
QuickBooks. You have the option of posting each of the deals
listed. Each deal in the list has a checkbox in the Post
column. You must check this box for each deal you wish to post to
QuickBooks. Once your selections have been made, click the Post
Selection to QuickBooks button. The software will then post
information from the selected deals to your QuickBooks general
ledger depending upon the account mapping you have
previously set up.
