Creating a New Letter



To begin creating a letter using information from a specific deal, click the Edit/Create Custom Letters button when under the Document Processing tab. To begin creating a letter using information from multiple deals, click the Edit Letters button when under the Deal History tab.


This will open the Letter Writer window. The right-hand side of the window displays a list of database fields available for your letter from the software's memory. You add a database field by double-clicking on the field in the listing. The field will be inserted into the letter's text where the cursor is currently positioned. Database fields are contained within square brackets ("[database_field]").


To create your custom letter, simply type the letter as your normally would, adding database fields where you would like to insert data from the software's memory. When you are finished, save your letter by clicking the Save button at the top of the window.
