Inventory List - Main Window

The Inventory List window is accessable by clicking the tab labeled Inventory List on the right-hand side of the screen and allows you to view the entire inventory listing. Double-clicking on a vehicle's listing will load a vehicle into the Inventory Detail window and automatically fill in the detail fields with the information about the selected vehicle.

From this window you can rearrange the columns in the listing, load any vehicle's details into the software, print customized inventory reports, and filter through which vehicles you want to see.

The list also uses visual cues which allow you to quickly get an idea of the status of your vehicles.

Background colors show the age of vehicles in your inventory:

• A white-colored background indicates a vehicle has been in your inventory  0 - 90 days
• A light-gray-colored background indicates a vehicle has been in your inventory 91 - 180 days
• A dark-gray-colored background indicates a vehicle has been in your inventory over 180 days.
