Maintenance
When you enter an insurance agent
into the software while processing a deal, the software will check
to see if the agent already exists in memory. If the agent does
exist, the softare will automatically fill in the agent's address
and phone number into the appropriate fields on the screen. If the
agent does not exist, the software will ask if you want to add the
agent to memory. If you elect to add the agent to memory, the
software will display the Agent Maintenance window. You may
also access this window directly.
To access the Agent Maintenance window directly, click
the Maintenance
menu and select Agent Maintenance from the pull-down
menu.

The software will display the Agent Maintenance window.
From here you delete an agent from the listing, add an agent, or
edit an existing one.

Deleting an Agent
To delete an agent from the listing, click to highlight and
select an agent's name. Click the Delete Agent button. When
finished, click Save/Exit.
Adding an Agent
Agents will can be added either directly or when the software
encounters a new agent's name when processing a deal.
To directly add an agent to the listing, click the Add
Agent button. If the software displays the screen because a new
agent's name was encountered during deal processing, this step will
have been completed for you.
Enter the appropriate insurance agent information. If the
program displays the screen because a new agent's name was
encountered during deal processing, the program will have also
already entered the agent's name.
When finished, click the Save/Exit button.
