All the forms available to you through the software are kept in a special forms listing. When you download and add a new form to your forms inventory, the software automatically updates the forms listing. You can use the software's Form List Editor window to view this listing, change the display order of the forms in the listing, add and delete forms, and even change the color of the form's name in the listing for easy identification and groupings.
To access the Form List Editor, click the Maintenance menu and select Form List from the pull-down menu.

The software will display the Form List Editor to allow you to change the look of the forms listing.

To delete a form from the list, click on the form name to select and highlight the form. Click the Delete Form button. When finished, click the Save/Exit button.
Normally, you would connect to the Internet while running the software to download and automatically install your forms. However, you can add forms directly to the software. You must have a copy of the executable form program file saved in the same directory as the main program's executable file.
To add a form to the list, click the Add Form button. The software will display the Add New Form window.

In the Form Name box, enter the name of the form as you would like it to display in the forms listing.
In the File Name box, enter the file name of the executable form program.
When finished, click the Save/Exit button.
To change the order of the forms listing, click to highlight and select the name of the form you wish to move. Use the up and down arrows at the top of the listing to move the selected form up or down within the listing.
When finished, click the Save/Exit button.
You can change the color of the names of certain forms for easy identification. For example, you may want all power-of-attorney forms to be pink and all bank forms green.
To change the color of a form's name, click to highlight and select the name of the form you wish to change. In the color palatte at the bottom of the window, double-click on the color you want to use for the form's name.
When finished, click the Save/Exit button.
In addition to the 16 standard colors for displaying your forms listing, you can also define up to 16 custom colors.
To define a custom color, right-click any of the black squares in the Custom Colors section of your color palatte. A custom color menu will appear and will allow you to pick or create your own custom color.
When finished, click the Save/Exit button.
