Form Defaults

Many times, there will be a quesiton on a form to which the answer does not change, such as a dealer's tax ID number. For questions such as this, a form may have a defaults section. Here will be questions you need to answer once. After answering the questions, you may save your changes. These answers will be remembered every time you print this form and will save you from having to type them over.

To save your changes for this form, click the OK button. The software will prompt you to confirm that you wish to save your changes.

To exit the form without saving any changes, click the Cancel button.

To clear the form entirely, click the Clear button.

You can reset a form to its "factory settings" by clearing all defaults for the form from the Form Alignment Settings window.
