Tools Menu

Clicking on Tools in the menu bar causes the Tools pull-down menu to appear.

Calculator -- Activates and displays the Microsoft Windows^TM Calculator program.

Payoff/Amortization -- Small pop-up window calculates an estimated payoff/amortization table based on your inputs.

Quick Payment -– Activates and runs the Quick Payment program which calculates a monthly car payment based on your inputs.

Credit Bureau -- Displays the Credit Bureau window to request an on-line credit check of a customer. This option is only available if you have purchased the optional Credit Reporting module.

Letter Writer -- Opens the Letter Writer which allows users to write customized letters and other documents using deal and inventory data captured by the software.

Coverage Options -- Allows you to access the various menu-selling windows and features in the program.
