Reports Menu

Clicking on Reports in the menu bar causes the Reports pull-down menu to appear.

Disclosure -- This report is available when an individual deal has been loaded or completed within the software. It lists the price of the vehicle and the components making up the price as well as the payments made and amount financed by the seller.

Profit Report -- This report is available when an individual deal has been loaded or completed within the software. It lists the vehicle costs to the dealer, the vehicle costs to the seller, the profit on the sale, and the gross profit.

Reserve Report -- This report is available under the Deal Processing and Deal History tabs. It gives the profit on deals completed within a specified time period.

Salesman Commissions -- This report shows the total commissions paid to each salesman within a period of time you specify using the information entered into the deal.

Vehicle Data Sheet -- This report shows all of the information about a specific vehicle in your inventory and can display such information as title number, fuel type, accessories, costs, etc.

Sales Graph -- This report contains a graphical representation of sales within a period of time you specify.

Outstanding Deferred Payments -- This report lists any outstanding deferred down payments you have agreed to accept from a buyer when closing a deal.

Delivery Schedule -- This report lists the delivery times and dates of vehicles you have marked for delivery when closing a deal.

Custom Report Designer -- Opens the Custom Report Designer window and allows you to generate your own reports using data you choose (from a list of possible data fields). This option is only available under the Deal History , Inventory List, and Dealer Financing tabs.

Custom Reports -- Opens a window listing the custom designed reports you have specifically created for the section in the software which you are currently under. If you create a custom report while under the Inventory List tab, then that custom report will only be available when you return to the Inventory List tab. It would not be available under other tabs such as Deal History.

Note: Only certain reports will be available to you depending on what section of the program you are in at the time. For example, the Single Vehicle Report only makes sense if you are running it from within the Inventory Detail tab.
