Maintenance Menu

Clicking on Maintenance in the menu bar causes the Maintenance pull-down menu to appear.

Finished Section -- Works only under the Deal Processing tab. Clicking on Finished Section marks a tabbed section (Financial, Customer, Vehicle, etc) under the Deal Processing tab as complete and places a red check mark across the tab.

Dealership Information -- Loads the Dealership Maintenance window where you can enter your dealership’s name, address, ID#, email and website addresses, and next automatic stock number.

PDI Agents -- Loads the Agent Maintenance window where you can enter and maintain physical damage insurance agent information. You can later recall this information for easy data entry when processing a deal.

Banks -- Loads the Bank Maintenance window where you can enter and maintain bank and other financial institution information. You can later recall this information for easy data entry when processing a deal.

Outside Lienholders -- Loads the Outside Lienholder Maintenance window where you can enter and maintain outside lienholder information. You can later recall this information for easy data entry when processing a deal.

Forms List -- Brings up the Forms List Editor window where you can manage a listing of forms the software will use when processing a deal. You can change the order and appearance of the forms list for easy reference.

Credit Insurance -- Brings up the Credit Insurance Information window where you can enter and maintain information regarding companies that offer credit insurance. You can later recall this information for easy data entry when processing a deal.

Salespeople -- Brings up the Staff Maintenance window where you can enter and maintain information on your sales staff. You can later recall this information for easy data entry when processing a deal.

State Fee Schedules -- Brings up the Taxes and Fees window where you can enter state fees, tax information, and other miscellaneous fees. You can later recall this information for easy data entry when processing a deal.

Warranties -- Brings up the Warranty Maintenance window where you can enter and maintain information about warranties you offer to your customers. You can later recall this information for easy data entry when processing a deal.

Vehicle Options List -- Brings up the Option Maintenance window where you can enter and maintain a listing of all the options you can select from when entering a vehicle into your inventory list.

Vehicle Suppliers -- Brings up a window where you can enter and maintain information about those people and companies from whom you purchase vehicles to put into your inventory. You can later recall this information for easy data entry when entering vehicles into inventory.

RO Vendors -- Brings up the RO Vendor Maintenance window where you can enter and maintain information regarding vendors who either supply parts to you or actually perform the repairs on your vehicles.

Floor Plan Rates -- Allows entry of interest rates being paid by the dealer to finance cars on the lot. Rate changes over several months can be listed, and the total cost of interest calculated.

KBB Import Specs -- Allows the software to import an inventory file if you use Kelly Blue Book Kar Power^TM software to maintain your inventory.
