When a document is ready for
printing, you may be asked additional questions in order to
complete all parts of the form. Normally, these questions are used
to gather data which the form requires but the software does not
collect during normal deal processing. Many times, these questions
are specific to a form.

Buttons at the bottom of each question screen have the following
functions:
OK -- tells the form that you are finished filling in the
extra information required and to move on to the next step for
printing.
Cancel -- cancels the printing of the form and returns
you to the software.
Clear -- clears the information on the screen.
Configure -- allows
you to arrange fee information onto pre-defined lines of the
form.
Defaults -- allows you to
enter certain items once and have those items stay in memory for
later use so you do not have to enter them again.
