Welcome

To begin using the program, you should understand the main portion of the software -- the Document Processing module.

The software's Document Processing module is comprised of five primary sections. Each section can be easily access and viewed by clicking on the tabs on the right-hand side of the window. The sections and their appropriate tabs are:

Process Deal: This window allows you to enter customer information, process a deal, and print documents.

Review Deal History: This window lists all previous deals in a grid format. From here you can also print customized sales recap reports and view which deals are incomplete. Incomplete deals will be highlighted with a yellow background.

Dealer Financing: This window allows you to manage ongoing in-house financed accounts, also known as Buy-Here/Pay-Here accounts. This tab is only displayed if you have purchased the Buy-Here/Pay-Here option from Friday Systems, Inc.

Inventory Detail: This window allows you to review a specific vehicle in your inventory. You can access make, model, VIN, options, and a photograph of the vehicle you are viewing.

Inventory List: This window allows you to view your entire inventory in a grid format. You can also narrow your view of the inventory by entering specific criteria to filter the list and view only those vehicles which match your search criteria.
