Report Preview



At any time you may preview the report you have designed by simply clicking the Preview button in the lower left-hand corner of the window.


Clicking the Preview button displays information for the first 30 records in your database. This is not your final report. It is simply a way of giving you an idea of the way your report will be laid out. The software limits the amount of data displayed in the report preview so as not to consume unnecessary system resources. You should always print your actual reports from the Print Reports menu.
