Creating, Loading, and Deleting
a Custom Report
Open the Custom Reports Designer by
clicking Reports in the menu bar and selecting Custom
Reports Designer
The software will open the Custom Reports Designer
window, and a new custom report will be set up and ready for
design. If you would like to begin designing another new report,
click File in the menu bar and select New Report from
the drop-down menu.

Next, select whether this is a paper
report, a printing of mailing labels, or a tab-delimited
data export file . You
specify your preference by choosing one of the options in the
top-left corner of the window. Note: the Mailing
Labels option is only available under the Deal History tab .

To load or delete an existing report, click on File in
the menu bar and select either Load Report or Delete
Report from the drop-down menu. The software will display a
list of custom report names. Select the report you wish to load or
delete and click the OK button.

You may also use the Load and Delete buttons at
the bottom of the Report Designer window.
