Customer Payments
The software can keep track of
customer payments you enter, update payment records, and calculate
the amount outstanding. To view a customer's payment history or
other information, click to select and highlight a customer from
the listing of customer accounts. After selecting a customer, you
will see the customer's payment history below. You may use the
filter entry boxes above the customer list to narrow down your
search.
From here, you may take a payment for a customer, edit a
previous payment, or write a customized letter to the customer.
If you wish to view the deal for the selected customer, click
the View Deal button at the right-hand side of the screen.
The software will load the selected customer's deal into memory and
display the Deal
Processing screens.
