Customer Information
The software collects and tracks
customer information on the vehicle's buyer and cobuyer as well as
the vehicle's titled owner and coowner. Multiple tabs divide the
entry screens into logical sections for easy data entry.
Entering a New Customer
When entering new customer information, fill out the required
data fields on the screen.
If the buyer is a business, do not enter information into the
First Name or Middle fields. These fields are for
personal name information only. To enter a business name as
customer information, type the business name in the Last
Name field. Also, when entering a business name, be sure to
select a value of Bus. from the Title box to tell the
software that this customer is indeed a business.
When entering a phone number, be sure to enter the phone number
in the format 555-555-5555.

Entering a Co-Buyer
If the co-buyer has the same address as the primary buyer, you
can save time by clicking the Copy Buyer Address button at
the top of the Co-Buyer section. This will copy the buyer's
address information and use it to fill in the co-buyer address
information.
If the title will be in the name of both the buyer and co-buyer,
click in the box marked Co-Title. If this box is checked,
the software will recognize that the title for the vehicle being
sold will be in the name of both the buyer and co-buyer. By
default, the software takes the buyer's information and uses it to
complete the owner's information for titling purposes. When you
check the Co-Title box, the software will then also use the
co-buyer's information to complete the co-owner information as
well. You can change and override
the titling information at any time.
Recalling an Existing
Customer
To recall the information for an existing customer, click the
Existing Customer button. The software will display the
Existing Customer window.

At the top of this window are entry boxes to help filter the
display of existing customers. This way, you can easily find the
customer information you need. You can filter your display by
entering the customer's last name, first name, phone number, or
loan number. Any combination of these criteria can be used.
Once you have found the customer listing you would like to use,
click on the listing to highlight and select it. Click the
OK button to have the software add the customer's
information to the current deal.
To exit the Existing Customers window without making a
selection, click the Cancel button.
To clear the filter boxes at the top of the window, click the
Clear Filters button.
