Calculating A Payoff

On occasion, you may need to calculate a payoff for a customer. The software quickly allows you to calculate the payoff amount for any customer in your list of Buy-Here/Pay-Here accounts.

To calculate a payoff amount, click to select and highlight a customer's name within the customer loan list as described in the Customer Payments section of this manual. Once the customer has been selected, click on the Dealer Financing menu at the top of the screen and select Future Payoff Amount from the pull-down menu. The software will then display the Payoff Calculation options window.

Enter the anticipated date of the customer's payoff and click the OK button. The software will calculate accrued interest up to this date and display a new window showing you the payoff amount.
