Advanced Filter Options

Each listing screen has its own advanced filter options due to the different nature of each list. For example, the Inventory List screen will have in-depth filter options pertaining to vehicles. The Deal History list will have some inventory filter options since vehicles are part of a deal, but the Deal History list will also have filter options pertaining to the deal iteself such as a deal date or financing type.

Standard filters are available on the following list screens:

• Deal History screen  
• Inventory List screen

Note: The advanced filter works in conjunction with the standard list filters. Information from both filters, standard and advanced, are combined to create a single filter within the software. This single filter is then applied to the current list screen. If you are getting unexpected results, make sure your standard filter is not filled with filter criteria you are not expecting to use.
