To add a vehicle to your inventory, click on the Add/New button at the bottom-left of the screen.

You may also add a vehicle to your inventory by on the File menu at the top of the screen and selecting the Add Vehicle option in the pull-down menu. The software will display the inventory entry screens.
If you wish to edit a vehicle currently in inventory, you will need to follow the steps of loading and editing inventory. (puke)
The inventory display screen will be cleared and be ready for a new vehicle to be entered into the database. Pressing the Tab key on the keyboard will advance the cursor to the next field.

When the blinking cursor is in the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) field, enter the vehicle’s ID number. When you move the cursor to another entry box, the software will then try to decode the VIN. If the VIN does not match established industry formats you will receive a warning that your VIN may not be correct. If you receive this warning, please be sure to double-check the VIN that you entered. The software will then use its built-in VIN decoder to extract any vehicle information and fill in much of the screen for you.
Next, enter the vehicle's detail information .
Once you have finished entering your vehicle's information, click the Save button to save the vehicle to your inventory.

You may also add a vehicle to your inventory by on the File menu at the top of the screen and selecting the Save Vehicle option in the pull-down menu.
If you make a mistake and need to undo your last entry, click the Undo button at the bottom of the screen.

Clicking on the Undo button before you save any changes made to a vehicle's details will restore the original values. Once you save the vehicle's details, the original values cannot be restored.
Note: Clicking the Save button, Repair Orders button, or switching to the Inventory List window will perform a save operation, and you will not be able to undo any changes you made up to that point.
