Custom Report Designer

Lot Wizard's Custom Report Designer allows you to build custom reports using any fields saved in the database and reuse them over any filtered set of data.

• Write reports for inventory or sales, sold or current
• Save & Load an unlimited number of custom reports
• Calculate totals, averages and item counts
• Format & sort report columns to build the perfect report
• Print in portrait or landscape mode

This report builder can also filter customer data and print Customer Mailing Labels in a variety of sizes and formats. This feature is extremely powerful when used in conjunction with Lot Wizard's built-in Letter Writer, which is similar to a mail merge.

A Data Export feature allows any data to be extracted from the system in a delimited or Microsoft Excel format.

For the Technically Minded

Lot Wizard's vehicle inventory and deal history database is accessible outside of our software via direct access. You can use Microsoft Access 2000 to 2007 to open these databases, enabling you to then create any custom report on the data you wish. The possibilities are limitless--extremely complex reports are extremely possible.
